Protesters at Myanmar held garbage strike

In the south Dagon district of Yangon, Myanmar, eight civilians out of 14 were killed according to the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP).
On Monday, security forces fired calibre weapon on the protesters crouching behind a barricade of sand bags. the weapon were much heavier than usual. though the weapon remained unidentified, witnesses claimed it to be a kind of grenade launcher.
The reporters said that the security forces fired weapons on the violent terrorist activists to disperse the crowd as they were destroying a pavement. One man was found wounded.
One of the residents of south Dagon said today that the forces has been firing the area since last night which caused more of casualties. “There was shooting all night,” said the resident who declined to be identified. the locals found a burned body on the street today morning. what was actually happened to the person is not yet disclosed. the body, later was handed over to the military.
Police and a junta spokesman did not answer calls seeking comment.
